Lilnature
Lilnature is a spice supplier from Indonesia, next to a hill belt that has been known for centuries for growing Indonesian spices.
Lilnature was born out of a passion for unique plants from Indonesia, underrated health benefits and the opportunity to develop successful cooperatives. Lilnature works with local communities to help secure a sustainable future for other growers of this native spice.
Our Product
Vanilla
Vanilla is from the dried, cured beans or fruit pods of the green-stemmed climbing perennial of the Vanilla species, which is a member of the orchid family. The botanical name, Vanilla, derives from the Spanish name for the spice, vainilla, and is a diminutive of vaina meaning “sheath or pod”.
Moringa Powder
Moringa powder can be used as an antiseptic to sterilize contaminated surfaces. It is effective against a wide range of bacteria and fungi, including those that cause gastric ulcers and gastric cancer. Moringa powder is also used for treating various other diseases, from malaria and typhoid fever to hypertension and diabetes. Its broad variety of compounds are thought responsible for its beneficial effects.
Nutmeg
Nutmeg is the spice made by grinding the seed of the fragrant nutmeg (Myristica fragrans) tree into powder. The spice has a distinctive pungent fragrance and a warm, slightly sweet taste; it is used to flavor many kinds of baked goods, confections, puddings, potatoes, meats, sausages, sauces, vegetables, and such beverages as eggnog.
Clove
Clove, (Syzygium aromaticum), tropical evergreen tree of the family Myrtaceae and its small reddish brown flower buds used as a spice. Strong of aroma and hot and pungent in taste, cloves are used to flavour many foods, particularly meats and bakery products;
Cinnamon
Cinnamomum is an evergreen tree growing up to 7 m in height with aromatic bark and smooth, angular branches The leaves are glossy green, oval, and about 10 cm (3.9 in) long and 3–4 cm (1.2–1.6 in) wide. Small yellow flowers bloom in early summer, and produce a dark drupe.
Black Pepper
Black pepper (Piper nigrum) is a flowering vine in the family Piperaceae, cultivated for its fruit, known as peppercorns, which is usually dried and used as a spice and seasoning. The fruit is a stonefruit about 5 mm (0.20 in) in diameter (fresh and fully ripe), dark red, and contains a stone that encloses a single peppercorn. Pepper and ground pepper derived from it can be described simply as pepper, or more precisely as black pepper (cooked and dried raw fruit). We have Specification Gl 550-570 Moistur <13%.
